All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow returns. If a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement if reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please include a photo of the damages and shipping box with a description of the issue and your Order Number to everythingchriss@gmail.com.
